The Restructuring of China
Since the End of the Kuomintang. The Japanese decide to write the Constitution of China that recognizes all Chinese as independent and allows the Chinese to maintain their social status. The Chinese are allowed freedom of religion, expression, and culture. The Chinese and various dialects have equal status as the Japanese language. Chinese are allowed to show their national identity and the Japanese shall not interfere with Chinese domestic and cultural affairs.
The Chinese regions under Japanese control is granted autonomy and political independence called the People's Republic of China and is to have its political and cultural independence. President of the Republic is Wang Jingwei. With the Austrian support. The areas under Austrian control is integrated into the People's Republic of China
Official Language of China is Mandarin Chinese/Japanese,
Minority languages: German, English and Korean.
Army: There will be a Chinese Army that will serve allegiance to China and to Japan/Austria. The Japanese and Chinese army are not allowed to mess with domestic affairs, it will be up to the politics of China and not Japan
Political Party: A Restructured Kuomintang Party will be made to serve the Chinese.
Justice System: Death pelnaty of China abolished and cruel treatment of prisoners are not allowed. Show trials banned.
