UK May-Aug 1919
- The last American pockets in Puerto Rico are mopped up. In the Bahamas the British recapture most islands with the help of the Lowlands. The Americans cling onto Grand Bahama with the benefit of naval support from Florida.
- The Battle for Belize City sees destruction and ruin in the city, as the Americans fight for survival. Many surrender and are captured.
- At Nova Scotia, successful battles for Truro and New Glasgow see the northern part of the island secured. In the southern part, Canadian citizens take up arms with their fancy 2nd amendment rights and capture numerouus towns along the Bay of Fundy. With the British capture of Cape Breton Island, artillery bombard the Cabot Strait and cause significant damage to the blockade in the region.
- Commonwealth forces continue the struggle for Newfoundland. Clarenville is taken, and the British advance to connect with northern forces at Glovertown. British and Allied forces now control all land north of the Trans-Canada Highway.
- A second major naval engagement happens in the Cabot Strait, as the Royal Navy again attempts to secure a corridor to Newfoundland. After preliminary shelling of the blockade from Cape Breton, numerous destroyers, battleships, a few dreadnoughts and like an aircraft carrier or something idk assault the blockade. Ultimately the attack is called off as a failure, but the American navy around the island has been significantly damaged. The task force limps across the Atlantic to Bermuda.
- The Alternative Party is founded by the journalist Simon Hastings and politician Oswald Mosley. It is a right-wing party seeking to appeal to veterans of the war, and the rising fear of communism growing in the nation.
