History

Prehistoric Ages/Ancient Era

Murcia-icon.png Murciaball was first inhabited by 2-icon.png 2balls (correct me if i'm wrong) who migrated into Iberia and some of them branched off to form the Argaric Culture which was the main culture of the 2-icon.png 2balls inhabiting Murcia-icon.png Murciaball at the time until the Iberians became the dominant culture.

Eventually the Carthage-icon.png Carthaginians began to settle down in Murcia-icon.png Murciaball shortly before SPQR-icon.png SPQRball anschlussed much of Iberia and even founded a city called Qart Hadasht.

Roman Occupation

Eventually SPQR-icon.png SPQRball anschlussed much of Iberia including Murcia-icon.png Murciaball and Qart Hadasht which they renamed Cathago Nova (modern day Cartagena).

Carthago Nova became a very important port city and harbor so the Roman emperor Julius Caesar allowed the city Latin Rights meaning that the citizens of Cathago Nova would be able to have all the rights a Roman citizen could have.

Middle Ages

The Vandal, Suebi, and Alan Invasion of Iberia

In the early 5th century the Vandal Kingdom-icon.png Vandals, Kingdom of the Suebi-icon.png Suebi, and North Ossetia–Alania-icon.png Alans began to anschluss much of the Iberian peninsula including Murcia-icon.png Murciaball until SPQR-icon.png SPQRball decided to liberate the Iberian peninsula with the help of the Visigothic Kingdom-icon.png Visigoths and they kicked the Vandals and Alans out of Iberia and liberated Murcia-icon.png Murciaball until eventually the Visigothic Kingdom-icon.png Visigoths rebelled from SPQR-icon.png SPQRball and became independent in 476 ACE/AD which was also the year that Western Roman Empire-icon.png Western Roman Empireball and Byzantine-icon.png Byzantine Empireball (Eastern Roman Empire) were formed.

The Byzantine Invasion

After SPQR-icon.png SPQRball fell Byzantine-icon.png Byzantine Empireball started to liberate Iberia in the hopes of reestablishing SPQR-icon.png SPQRball and also taking some of it's clay but failed at retaking all of Iberia but did retake the Balearic Islands and parts of Southern Iberia so they established the province Spania-icon.png Spaniaball which they directly controlled meaning if they actually did restore SPQR-icon.png SPQRball Spania-icon.png Spaniaball would specifically be their clay.

Moorish Middle Ages

Moor/Umayyad Invasion of Iberia

In the early 8th century there was a dispute to the Visigothic throne between the Visigothic king Wittiza and his son Agila but instead of Agila or Wittiza the Visigothic nobles decided to elect Roderic, duke of Baetica but the people in favor of Agila planned to overthrow Roderic with the help of Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball.

Eventually Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball began to conquer Iberian clay and eventually killed Roderic and Visigothic Kingdom-icon.png Visigothic Kingdomball just disappeared then Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball then anschlussed much of Iberia but a Visigothic count called Theodemir did not allow the taking of his clay and led a resistance against Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball but then eventually signed the Treaty of Orihuela and Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball then conquered his territory which included Murcia-icon.png Murciaball, Orinhuelaball, Alicante-icon.png Alicanteball, Valencia-icon.png Valenciaball, and others, then after Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball conquered his territory Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball allowed his clay to be politically autonomous and still have autonomy.

Taifa of Murcia

Only 2 years after Umayyad-icon.png Umayyadball anschlussed Murcia-icon.png Murciaball Emir Abd al-Aziz occupied Murcia-icon.png Murciaball's clay and created Taifa of Murciaball which lasted from the early 11th century to the late 12th century after the Battle of Sagrajas in which Almoravid-icon.png Almoravidball anschlussed Taifa of Murciaball and was later then also anschlussed by Almohad-icon.png Almohad Caliphateball.

The Recession of the Almohad Caliphate

Eventually after the Battle of Las Navas de Tolosa which was between many Crusader-icon.png crusader clays and Almohad-icon.png Almohad Caliphateball during the Reconquista Almohad-icon.png Almohad Caliphateball was defeated and receded in much of Iberia but then another Murcian taifa Ibn Hud rebelled against Almohad rule and briefly occupied much of Al-andalus-icon.png Al-Andalusball before being anschlussed by Crusader-icon.png crusader clays.

Christian Middle Ages

Annexation of the Taifa of Murcia

After the anschlussing of Taifa of Murciaball by different Crusader clays the king of Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball Ferdinand III anschlussed Taifa of Murciaball and made it their puppet however many towns rejected the ruling of their clay by Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball however Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball liberated all of the rebel towns, following the liberation a rebellion consisting of Muslims began and after Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball anschlussed the rebellions clay back into it's empire and now directly controlled Murcia-icon.png Murciaball with the help of his uncle Jaime I of Kingdom of Aragonball though however Kingdom of Aragonball broke a promise between Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball and Kingdom of Aragonball that promised the division of their clay and Kingdom of Aragonball broke it by expanding into Alicante-icon.png Alicanteball, Murcia-icon.png Murciaball, Orihuelaball, Cartagenaball and Lorcaball.

Kingdom of Aragonball was later forced to give up all of the conquered clay back to Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball except for Alicante-icon.png Alicanteball, Orinhuelaball and Elcheball though however Cartagenaball was later returned to Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball, Murcia-icon.png Murciaball lost it's clay in Alicante-icon.png Alicanteball.

Degrading of Murcia

Over the years Castile-icon.png Kingdom of Castileball continued to strip away power and autonomy from Murcia-icon.png Murciaball, Murcia-icon.png Murciaball was slowly divided into Noble and Religious manors.

Due to the fact that Murcia-icon.png Murciaball was adjacent to Emirate of Granadaball this sparked several Muslim raids that occurred during the 15th century.
