the Nazis part is mostly some satirical element of the page - whole white supremacy thing (though I doubt if the Nazis and CSA existed simultaneously, the Nazis would see the CSA any more than a tool like Fascist Italy).
Napoleon III of France, although remaining officially neutral as the USA had warned them of war should they recognize the CSA, still relied on CSA cotton for textiles, and recognized that imperial ambitions in Mexico would be greatly aided by the CSA.
"The Confederate strategy for securing independence was based largely on the hope of military intervention by Britain and France. That never happened because the US threatened war, which would have cut off much of Britain's food supply. A serious diplomatic dispute erupted over the "Trent Affair" in late 1861 but was resolved peacefully after five weeks."
although not a genuine alliance per se, it's just played off as a friendship since they did take interest in aiding the CSA - France by possible military aid and Britain by negotiating an end to the civil war.
