Hello! I am new here (I did edit once in October but I forgot about this wiki until today), and here is a random thing i thought of:
- DR Congo, the poorest country in the world, removes its corruptness issue.
- It then asks the UN and richer countries for debt money and help to remove all the coltan miner / other miner abusers. It borrows... let's say £30 million.
- It actually removes them rather promising to remove them and not and spend them on mansions and stuff. Costs are £10 million
- It builds a city by its tiny coastline. Costs £15 million
- The city exports goods which are farmed and mined and made elsewhere in the country and then wages slowly rise then people are better. Crime is better as the society grows and then BOOM! DR Congo is a more developed and stable country, it then pays back the debts and develops more.
